Dated Contemporary to Modern Beauty
Built in the 70's and never touched since, this home experienced a massive remodel and expansion. New master suite, raised ceilings to 11' in the main living area, new mudroom, new powder bathroom, deck changes and fortification, new landscaping, new flooring, finishes, trim and windows throughout most of the home.

Original Home Exterior
Changes in exterior right roofline, addition of master suite in middle parapet, stairwell from garage to mud room added and landscape upgrades.

Render of Final Exterior Elevation
This is a render created to give the homeowner a vision of what the finish would look like with white siding and a clear cedar middle, with rock fireplace chimney and sun shades.

3D Elevation Render Example
Here is another potential exterior render given to homeowner as an option. This was not ultimately chosen.

Example Render Exterior
Here you see a dove grey palette across the entirety of the home. Using a bright thick window trim and saturated wood tones on the garage and chimney give additional visual interest.

Entrance Foyer
Here you see the new addition foyer. This is the first impression upon entering the home. You cannot see the black chandelier that hangs from the tall ceiling. The door is solid iron framed and very substantial and large. Windows extra tall with spectacular views. You can see the main floor living space from the entrance.

Built in Bookcase Using Existing Dead Wall Space
Look for opportunities to reclaim what already exists. Perfect example shown here, taking dead wall space and inserting a custom built in bookcase. See upon entry to the foyer.

Newly Remodeled Open Living Space
This used to be 6 spaces; entry, hallway, powder bath, family room, breakfast nook, kitchen and dining room. Walls removed. Ceilig raised. Space reconfigured.

Newly Redefined Dining Space
Same space, removed walls to the dining room, which is now a part of the main living space. Where the bar is, was a closet.

Newly Remodeled Gorgeous Kitchen
This was once a hallway, powder room, family room and now is a functional, open kitchen with integration into the new family room and dining room.

View From the Foyer
Once can see the main living area from the foyer, by design. Also note the interesting ceiling angles, done to acommodate the structure of what "was" for economic purposes, which ends with a cool, bespoke look.

Opposite Direction View of Main Living Area
Here you can see tray ceilings. Easy to achieve and functional. Soffits create the tray, for use of plumbing and/or heating/gas, etc. Owner plans to insert tongue and groove cedar boards for additional architectural detail, into the ceiling over the kitchen.

Oversized Sliding Door Shows Beautiful Views Out the Back
The custom sized slider was important in order to keep the scale and lines of the windows to be pleasing to the eye.

Old Family Room
The old family room took a tiny corner of the home. Built around the tv unit, it did not give much room to breathe. You can see from the prior pictures, what it became.

Old Kitchen and Breakfast Nook
Ripped out an replace with the open living space. Such an enormous improvement.

Old Original Kitchen
Ripped out and walls down, ceilings up, this became the family room. Part of the main floor living space.

Remodeled Decking
Behind where the dining table is was a stairwell from the garage to the sliding glass door in the old kitchen. It was removed, with entry into the home through a new enclosed stairwell that connects to the mud room. Where the potted olive trees are, was an in-deck planting box which was dangerously touching the home and was very shallow, not good for plant growth. It was absorbed into the larger deck and new decking boards laid in their place.

Creatively Hid Pool Equipment in Remodeled Deck
The space behind and left of the dining table was an open space of pool equipment. We added a lift up hinged top to it, to make it look like a seamless part of the decking. Goodbye eyesore, hello hidden pool equipment.

Old Guest Suite Bathroom
This old bathroom was demolished and everything replaced, keeping same footprint and no move of any plumbing.

New Vanity
Wow, what a difference a fitting vanity for the space made. Floating the countertop was a key element to making the space feel as large as possible.

New Shower, Storage Cabinet and Counertop
This bathroom now has more storage space than before AND with a floating countertop making the space feel larger.

Old Main Floor Bathroom
Flooring and tile and vanity ripped out. All plumbing stayed in same place.

Old Main Floor Bathroom
The closet doors held the washer dryer. The closet and window were take for the new powder room. W/D moved to mud room.

Newly Remodeled Bathroom
Lovely new modernized bathroom. We didnt changed any plumbing. Cost savings attained, only the finishes were changed to create this drastic change. The wood profile of the vanity was carried throughout the home, kitchen and bathrooms.

New Powder Bathroom
This was crafted taking space from the other bathroom and deadspace that existed behind the breakfast nook wall. Often when you look behind walls you find more space than what is needed and can reclaim it for functionality you need. This 1/2 bath is in hall outside of kitchen and allows those outside entrance to house without getting dripping water all over the floors.
Liberty Lake New Build: Dream Planning, Design Consultation and Finish Selections 2026

Libery Lake Modern Farmhouse New Build
Currently under construction, providing design inspiration, options and finishes to assist the owner in making all the right choices.

Typical Render Received From Contractor/Builder or Architect
While very helpful to envision the elevation, a full HD render is so much more inspiring. We can provide CAD drawings, 2D and 3D renders as well as 360 degree walkthroughs.

Floorplan
We can turn a floorplan such as this into a full 3D image. From the floorplan and the walkthroughs it is then easier to understand where to make changes to the floorplan due to flow. We work with you to understand what is working in the flow vs what isn't and can make those changes for you, accordingly.

First 3D Render Dining/Kitchen Area
First renditions lead to a final design. With every version comes new improvements.

Final Kichen/Dining Area Render
The final render not only inspires excitement but allows one to make additional finish choices one might not be able to typically make until in the home. Examples: window coverings, furnishings, lighting.

Family Room First Rendering
Understanding the size and feel of the space was critical to designing the built ins the owner wanted as well as the fireplace and stairwell features. See in upcoming images the progression of changes.

2D Render of Living Room Built In Cabinetry
The owner wanted to craft beautiful bespoke built in's around the fireplace with primary consideration of function. Wanting to put speakers behind cabinet doors with space to display collectibles as well as bench seats for additional seating, all was achieved with this design.

Final 3D Family Room Render
Here you see the built in cabinetry come to life. This gorgeous open living floorplan provides warmth and function within a luxurious modern living space.

Final 3D Render Master Closet
Uber functional with his/her sides, a spot to sit when dressing and shelved contained spaces behind mirrored doors for shoes, hats, long hanging clothes, type items. To the left through the opening are built in laundry baskets and access directly into the laundry room. Love it!

Master Bathroom 1st Render
Considerations of cabinet placement and finishes were deeply contemplated here. We didnt love the access to the linen cabinet. Final render shows the end result.

Final 3D Render of Master Bathroom
The finish choices finally chosen. In this one room there were so many choices to run through; pony walls vs none in shower, shower glass design, vanity choices, countertop choices, tub choice, plumbing fixture choices, linen closet design and placement, floor and shower tile choices, shower floor tile choices, lighting choices. It can be overwhelming. We can take this off your shoulders, so you can make "final" choices for your home that suit your desired goals.

Patio Hipped Roof Design
This roof has a hipped design. Decision to go with hipped or shed type roof needing to be made. Final decision TBD.

Patio Shed Roof Design
This option is also good looking. These type of renders can be very helpful in making these types of final big decisions.

2D Render of Stairwell
Current design. The design phase is not over. Many details to be considered such as tread overhang, skirt, rails, ballisters, caps, posts, riser finish, nosing type, the list goes on. Stay tuned for final design.

The original driveway was ripped out and a paver driveway was put down in addition to a 3 car garage.

Construction Phase Garage and ADU
Phase 3 construction. Phase 1 was the addition of the Master Suite and phase 2 was the garage to family room conversion and kitchen remodel. This allowed the home owners to live in the home while construction was happening.

Re-imagined Front Porch
This gave the home a major facelift. An inviting entry is a massive upgrade and is extremely important to the overall value given to the home. Here we added a sitting porch and roof covering it.

New ADU
ADU, office, in law unit, poolhouse....it could be any of those. New construction, using same slab as garage. It has it's owned in line heating/cooling, water heater, large closet, full bathroom and kitchenette with private side entrance from driveway and access to backyard. Additionally there is a small hall wall that can be opened up to give access to the house, should they ever want to incorporate it into the home. These are details that were carefully thought through beforehand, maximizing the flexibility and value of the home.

Kitchenette Added to ADU
Washer/Dryer and kitchenette added to ADU, purposely crafted to take up the least amount of space with least amount of cost.

Garage to Family Room Conversion
This garage was converted to a family room. Original ceiling beams left in place and boxed and stained. Wall between kitchen and garage cut out for bar area and door to garage made an entry to and from kitchen/family room. This created a warm and inviting family living space.

Classic A Frame Cabin
This functional cabin in the woods turned lovely with very select remodel upgrades to the interior. This included all new finishes in the kitchen; cabinets refaced, countertops replaced, new appliances, new sink, enlarging the window, enlarging the bar pass through, replacing all flooring, creating a waterfall bar, re-finishing the 2 existing bathrooms, adding a bathroom within an existing footprint, adding additional sleep space and replacing decor with upgraded, timeless pieces. For minimal amount of budget these upgrades provided a more functional experience for the homeowner, more revenue from STR guests and a solid ROI.

New Added Shower
This new shower was added in the toilet room in the upstairs. It was tight but with creativity we made it happen. The shower was built around the stained glass skier window.

New Sink Vanity
This sink was added, giving full functionality to the bathroom.

New Sleep Space Added
This room had a bar in it and instead the owner wanted to maximize sleep space thus the bar removed and it was reimagined into an additional sleep spot.

Remodeled Bathroom
Refinishing of the cabinets, new countertops, new shower stall and tiling (not shown).

A Few New Finishes for Family Room
The beautiful antler chandelier was added which really beautified the space. New carpet and window coverings also made a huge difference.

Fresh New Furnishings
This added more seating and an updated and elevated look. Because this cabin is a STR the need for simple, durable furnishings was important.

Refinished Dining Area and Bar
New tiles were put down and the bar was enlarged and resurfaced. A drop pendanat light was added over the bar for light and visual interest.

Remodeled Kitchen
To save on cost we refaced the cabinets. Replaced flooring, countertops, appliances. Enlarged the window over the sink and enlarged the pass through bar area in back of the stovetop.
